Dr. Cotto is amazing. She is thorough, caring, and detail oriented. I recently changed all of my providers to be under the UPenn Health Care System. Dr. Cotto is the only doctor that I retained outside of the UPenn System because she is wonderful. More doctors should be as caring as her!

I've been seeing Dr. Maritza Cotto for years and have always felt comfortable & confident with her. She explains everything, listens well & I have a good relationship with her. And we often have a few laughs together.

The provider and the staff did very well. I used the nurse navigator because I have multiple appointments and because I have cancer. So that's why it was so easy for me to get the appointment because the team is working with me. I think these surveys are done a little bit too quickly. I just saw the doctor. That was my first visit so you all should check that before you start asking people for surveys. But yes, Dr. Cotto was very caring, very pleasant and took her time to answer my questions and ask me questions about my history and about the cancer. The staff was very lovely and very polite. What I'm having trouble with is the survey. Have a good day.
